Many of us have no idea why we feel bad after walking into a room where people recently argued or why we instantly feel uncomfortable in a particular place, while in another place we feel relaxed and happy. People and places carry energy that can have a positive or negative effect on us. Most of us are unaware of how we pick up these energies in passing. Discover some basic tools for grounding, centering and protecting yourself from unwanted energies that we all encounter in our daily lives.

About Michelle Cempaka
Michele Cempaka is a Reiki Master, Energetic Healer and spiritual counselor who offers a variety of workshops and healing sessions at her home in Bali and abroad. She has created a powerful new system which combines Energy Psychology with Reiki for specific traumas or deeper emotional challenges. In this treatment, Michele will assist you with locating the chakra that relates to your specific problem. She will then channel Reiki to this chakra while guiding you to create a photo of your experience, switching from this photo to an idyllic image until you experience a total release.
Michele also offers traditional Usui Reiki and ‘Shamanic Reiki Journeys’ which are interactive healing sessions comprising visualization, guidance, and channeling to help increase the flow of one’s spiritual energy and higher potential. This personalized experience includes Usui Reiki and Chakra balancing with healing stones and quartz crystals. Melodic music and essential oils are also utilized to assist you in restoring your strength, balance and self-empowerment. In addition, Michele teaches Reiki 1 and 2 classes. Students are given attunements so they can easily connect to the Universal source of healing energy. They also learn many valuable tools for grounding, protection & clearing.
