 What is Art Healing ?

Art Healing is a form of psychotherapy that uses art media as its primary mode of expression and communication. It is not an assessment on personal artistic abilities. There are no special artistic abilities are needed for art therapy to be successful. The beautiful side about Art Therapy is the opportunities for us to express our feelings through any form of art.
