About Ms Leong Mei Yee
meiyee "I started taking Hatha Yoga classes in 2003, and after taking my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2006, was hooked forever on the path of yoga. Yoga became my passion and way of life, and I went on to take 2 more Yoga Teacher Trainings from different schools and lineages, completing them in 2009 and 2013, respectively. I also learnt from many yoga teachers from around the world, through attending yoga workshops and the Asia Yoga Conference in Hong Kong, for 3 successive years. Now, I teach Hatha Yoga classes, combining all the different elements of my past trainings, mostly to private students.

My journey on the path of yoga deepened after learning Atma Kriya Yoga in 2012, and meeting my Satguru, Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda, in 2013 in Germany, when He initiated me as an Atma Kriya Yoga Teacher. My personal daily practice transitioned from a purely asana-based practice, to a deeply meditative practice, focusing more on breath and chakras, and inner awareness. Later in the same year, 2013, I also became Babaji Surya Namaskar Teacher and Simply Meditation Teacher, all from the lineage of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and His Guru, Mahavatar Babaji. In addition, in 2017, I became Sri Yantra Painting Meditation Teacher, based on the teachings of Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

In addition to teaching Hatha Yoga classes, I also teach Atma Kriya Yoga, Simply Meditation, Babaji Surya Namaskar, Sri Yantra Painting Meditation workshops and Project Mantra. I also lead weekly OM Chanting sessions, for yoga students."
